This week at Complete PC Solutions:

Monday 12th January: Our Managed IT Services client a Recruitment firm on Collins St, Melbourne, requested on-site IT support to setup and configure new Microsoft Surface Pro 3 devices for all staff. This was to replace Dell Desktops running Windows XP which is now end of life.

Tuesday 13th January: Our Managed IT Services client a Real Estate firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, had the Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit. This preventative maintenance visit ensures that foreseeable IT issues are dealt with before they have an impact on the business.

Wednesday 14th January: Our On Demand IT Support client a Financial Services firm in Keilor, requested on-site IT support services to migrate all users to Microsoft Office 365. Moving to Office365 for email and file storage gives our clients staff more flexibility to work remotely.

Thursday 15th January: Our Cloud Backup client a Recruitment firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, had some changes to their Cloud Backup after new staff members started in 2015. This ensures that all the data the new staff member has is part of the firms daily backup schedule.
