Here’s a weekly summary of some of our IT Support work we have done around Melbourne this week. This will give you a better idea of the type of work we do for other customers, we are able to do all these things for your business as well, and much more!

Monday 27th October: Our Managed IT Services client an Accounting firm in South Melbourne, required Dropbox installed on their Server then shared and Mapped as a Network drive on all users computers. This now allows the accounting firm to send and receive clients large MYOB data files instantly rather than have to put them on USB stick and send them via the post.

Tuesday 28th October: Our Managed IT Services client an a Florist in South Yarra, was migrated to Office 365 from POP3 email. This has had a huge positive impact on the business, as staff now receive emails on multiple devices and the business owner can now work from home or check emails on the go from her phone. Plus each staff member can access all the work documents via OneDrive from anywhere as long as they have internet connectivity.

Friday 31st October: Our Managed IT Services client, a Real Estate agent on Doncaster, purchased a new APC UPS and Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security Advance Anti-Virus and required both of these products install.
