Some of the work we did this week includes:
Tuesday 20th January: Our Managed IT Services client an Accounting firm South Melbourne, requested on-site IT support to resolve issue with PC not starting up. Repairing users PC within 2 hours minimised Business and user downtime.
Wednesday 21st January: A Real Estate firm who is one of our Managed IT Services customers in Doncaster had their Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit. This preventative maintenance visit ensures that foreseeable IT issues are dealt with before they have an impact on the business.
Thursday 22nd January: Our On Demand IT Support client a Financial Services firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, requested on-site IT support services to install a APC UPS. Installing a UPS ensures that client Server will continue the business running when there are power outages.
Friday 23rd January: Our On Demand IT Support client an export firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, requested setup and configuration of Microsoft Office365. Office365 will allow users between Australia and China offices to share documents and communicate through Skype Business.
