This week we got our hands dirty with a broad range of our services, mostly within Melbourne.

Tuesday 27th January: Our Managed IT Services client a Recruitment firm in Mentone, requested on-site IT support to relocate and setup there IT equipment at their new office in Mentone.

Wednesday 28th January: Our On Demand IT Support client a Financial Services firm in South Melbourne, requested on-site IT support to setup new use with Hosted VOIP Phone. We also had another client in South Melbourne request on-site IT support to resolve Microsoft Office 365 email issue. Resolving Office 365 email issue for business owner within 2 hours, allowed business owner to get back to operating his business with minimum downtime.

Thursday 29th January: Our Managed IT Services client a Recruitment firm on Collins St, Melbourne, requested on-site IT support in there Melbourne office to setup two users on new HP EliteBook Folio 1040 Laptops. Upgrading users to new HP laptops will allow these staff to work more efficiently and effectively.
