IT Support Diary – Melbourne 6/2/2015


Highlights of work performed by Complete PC around Melbourne this week:

Monday 2nd February: Our Managed IT Services client in Armadale, requested on-site IT support to setup and configure new HP ProDesk 600 G1 Desktop for existing user. This was to replace HP Desktop running Windows XP which is now end of life.

Tuesday 3rd February: Our Managed IT Services client a Recruitment firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, had the Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit. This preventative maintenance visit ensures that foreseeable IT issues are dealt with before they have an impact on the business.

Thursday 5th January: Our Managed IT Services client  in Melbourne, requested on-site IT support to resolve Microsoft Office 365 email issue. Resolving Office 365 email issue for business owner within 2 hours, allowed business owner to get back to operating his business with minimum downtime.

Friday 6th January: Our On Demand IT Support client a building in Mount Waverley, had a new Domain Name registered and we went on-site to setup and configure email addresses for all staff. This will allow builder to expand its business from the current two staff, as now all new staff will have their own email addresses compared to the previous Bigpond email address which was shared between two staff, and was restricting companies ability to hire more staff.
