Happy New Year! Here’s a quick summary of some of Complete PC’s main IT support jobs in the first full week of 2015.

Monday 5th January: Our Managed IT Services client a Law firm on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, had the Monthly On-site Preventative Maintenance Visit. This preventative maintenance visit ensures that foreseeable IT issues are dealt with before they have an impact on the business.

Tuesday 6th January: Our Cloud Backup client a Financial Services firm needed help with Cloud Backup in South Melbourne after new staff members started in 2015. This ensures that all the data the new staff member has is part of the firms daily backup schedule.

Wednesday 7th January: Our client an Insurance broker in Doncaster, had some additional Microsoft products installed and added to their Microsoft SPLA licensing agreement.

Friday 9th January: A client of ours which is a Financial Services firm in Southbank, Melbourne requested On-site IT Support to setup a new HP Desktop for an existing staff member.
